Happiness is Wisdom in Action!

My main goal for2010 is

“To do only those things that make me most happy.”

Three things I do daily to support this goal are

1. Ask this question.

Does this make me happy?

  • Yes = Do More
  • No = Do Less!

2. Apply the 10-10-10 rule.

What will the consequence of this decision be in;

  • 10 minutes?
  • 10 months?
  • 10 years?

3. Meditate on Happiness

Set aside a few minutes each morning to meditate on happiness. I walk every morning (part of my Health goals) and, while I walk, I formulate the question for the meditation. Get back home and settle down into quiet meditation and allow the wisdom of the universe to flow; sometimes it’s a few minutes and sometimes a couple of hours.

It’s morning three of 2010 and this morning I meditated on

“How does Happiness feel?”

Happiness feels light and bright!

Happiness feels light because it’s easy to carry.

Happiness isn’t loaded down by heavy burdens. It’s load is light and easy to carry for two main reasons;

1. Happiness only carries TODAY’s load.

Happiness doesn’t worry about tomorrow. Worry must not be confused with planning! Wise chief says; “Worry bad, Planning good”!

2. Happiness shares the load.

Happiness understands that we can’t “Do it alone” and that we need to share our loads with each other, together. Happiness understands and enjoys the power of alignment.

Happiness brightens up spaces.

Happiness is energy, good energy, fresh energy, abundant energy and it flows freely to everyone in those spaces brightening their day and their life … and then on to another three levels. Check this out. Did you know that happy people energise the people they know and a whole bunch of people they don’t?

Happiness  is wisdom in action.
